As a speaker, author, and entrepreneur for over three decades, Anne has a passion for relevant spirituality which means it has to work for each of us today, in every situation.
Anne’s search for purpose and meaning in life lead her to study and ultimately become an ordained New Thought minister.
For the last two decades, Anne has dedicated her personal and professional life to spiritual growth, self-love, and personal empowerment by teaching and writing from her own experience and the inspiration of those around her.
As a result, Anne has learned a lot about what it takes to live passionately and authentically. It has also stimulated an even more passionate pursuit of expression through art.
The Adventures of Velvet is the culmination of Anne’s own journey and the passion to share just how amazing and beautiful life is. The character Velvet is based on a real-life mammoth donkey who once served as the guardian donkey on Twisted Pine Farm in Ayr, Ontario, owned by Dana Balfour.
